Residential Services

The focus of residential services is to provide a choice of living environments reflecting individualized needs and desires. 4th Corporation provides three different living alternatives in a four county area.

Intermediate Care Facilities for the Intellectually Disabled (ICF/ID)

ICF/MR are certified facilities designed to serve consumers with developmental challenges. 4th Corporation has two ICF/ID homes in the following locations:

Transitional Living

Transitional Living consists of one home promoting increased independence to consumers with a variety of abilities and challenges.

Individualized Supported Living Arrangement (ISLA)

ISLA provides independent living services for consumers living on their own in an apartment or house setting. The amount of support is based on individual need.

 

Vocational Services

Day Supports

Day Supports is a program in which people served have the opportunity to learn job skills and gain work experience. Paid work experience is offered in the form of supervised work crews. 4th Corporation contracts with local employers to offer people served an array of work choices based on individual preference, interest, and desire. Emphasis is placed on providing a source of income, a sense of accomplishment and self-esteem.

Retired people served or people served who choose not to work are supported in meaningful activities that provide social and personal satisfaction.
